Best Practices
Use Groups Strategically: Organize tenants into groups that reflect your business structure (by client, region, or division) to make navigation intuitive for all client managers.
Leverage Corporate Reporting: Use the group-level Reports tab to identify trends, benchmark performance across sites, and spot improvement opportunities. (Future release)
Share Templates Wisely: When sharing form templates across multiple sites in a group, ensure they are appropriate for all locations to maintain consistency. (Future release)
Request Access Proactively: If you anticipate needing access to a tenant, request it before you urgently need it to avoid delays.
Troubleshooting
Issue: I can only see "Request Access" buttons and cannot log into any tenants
Solution: Your access has not been granted yet. Request access for the tenants you need, or contact your system administrator to expedite access approval.
Issue: The tenant list in the left sidebar is very long and hard to navigate
Solution: Use the search box at the top of the left sidebar to quickly find specific tenants or groups by name.
Issue: I would like to go back to Table Mode
Solution: Click on the ellipsis in the left sidebar and select "View in Table Mode"
