This view enables client managers and executives to monitor performance, manage reports and templates, and maintain oversight across all client locations from a centralized dashboard.

Accessing Client Manager Card Mode

From the Client Management page (accessible to users with client manager permissions):

  1. Click the vertical ellipses button (โ‹ฎ) in the top right corner

  2. Select "View in Card Mode" from the dropdown menu

  3. The page will switch to Card Mode, displaying groups and tenants as cards

Note: Your view preference is automatically saved. When you return to the Client Management page, you will see the last view mode you selected.

Page Components

The Client Manager Card Mode interface consists of several key elements:

  • Left Sidebar: Displays the navigation hierarchy, including a "Home" button at the top and a list of all groups with their tenant counts

  • Group Cards: Shows each client group with the number of tenants/sites within that group (e.g., "GroupXYZ - 3 clients")

  • Tenant Cards: Within each group, individual tenant cards display the tenant name and user count

  • Main Content Area: Shows detailed information, tabs, and actions for the selected group or tenant

  • Action Buttons: Includes "Login" or "Request Access" buttons depending on your permissions for each tenant

How to Navigate Between Groups

  1. In the left sidebar, locate the "Clients" section

  2. Select a Client

  3. Click "Home" in the breadcrumb menu to return to the global overview showing all groups

  4. Click on any group name (e.g., "Group1", "Group2") to view tenants within that group

  5. The main content area will update to show that group's information and available tabs

How to View Tenant Details

  1. Navigate to a group by clicking its name in the left sidebar

  2. Scroll down in the left sidebar to see the list of tenants within that group

  3. Click on a tenant card to view its details

  4. The main content area will display the tenant name, user count, and available tabs

  5. Use the tabs (Reports, Users, Templates, Documents, etc.) to access different information for that tenant

How to Access a Tenant

For tenants where you have access:

  1. Navigate to the tenant by clicking on its card in the left sidebar

  2. Click the blue "Login" button at the top of the main content area

  3. You will be logged into that tenant environment

For tenants where you need access:

  1. Navigate to the tenant by clicking on its card

  2. Click the "Request Access" button

  3. Your request will be sent via email to the appropriate administrator(s)

  4. You will be notified via email when access is granted

Note: Contact your system administrator if you need access to additional tenants.

Best Practices

  1. Use Groups Strategically: Organize tenants into groups that reflect your business structure (by client, region, or division) to make navigation intuitive for all client managers.

  2. Leverage Corporate Reporting: Use the group-level Reports tab to identify trends, benchmark performance across sites, and spot improvement opportunities. (Future release)

  3. Share Templates Wisely: When sharing form templates across multiple sites in a group, ensure they are appropriate for all locations to maintain consistency. (Future release)

  4. Request Access Proactively: If you anticipate needing access to a tenant, request it before you urgently need it to avoid delays.

Troubleshooting

Issue: I can only see "Request Access" buttons and cannot log into any tenants

Solution: Your access has not been granted yet. Request access for the tenants you need, or contact your system administrator to expedite access approval.

Issue: The tenant list in the left sidebar is very long and hard to navigate

Solution: Use the search box at the top of the left sidebar to quickly find specific tenants or groups by name.

Issue: I would like to go back to Table Mode
Solution: Click on the ellipsis in the left sidebar and select "View in Table Mode"
