  1. Click "Create Route" to get started.

  2. Begin your route by either:

    1. Creating a new asset

        1. When you create a new asset, you can link a QR code, add photos, components, and tasks (see steps 3–8 for more details).

    2. Manually searching for an existing asset

    3. Scanning an existing asset's QR Code

  3. Next, create or select an existing component.

  4. Choose or create the tasks you want to perform on the component.

      1. You can also add extra details to the task if needed.

  5. If you notice a problem with the asset, you can report it.

      1. Any reported problem will automatically link to the current work order and asset.

    1. If there are no issues, click "Done" to complete the work for this asset.

  6. To view completed work on your current route:

    1. Select the Route Summary to see a list of completed tasks for each asset, including the time spent on each.

  7. To delete or remove a route, click the trashcan icon.

  8. Complete the route by clicking "Complete Route" at the bottom of the screen.

      1. You can set the work order name and select a board.

        1. By default, the work order name includes the current date and time with your name appended, and the board is set to "Maintenance Board."
