In this week’s office hours session, we focused on user management within Redlist, covering key aspects of setting up and maintaining user roles and permissions. You learned how to differentiate between users, roles, and employee profiles, ensuring proper access control across the platform. We demonstrated how to create new users, assign roles with specific permissions, and configure license types based on job functions. Additionally, we explored how to manage teams, customize permissions for different work boards and forms, and utilize reporting tools for streamlined operations.
