Overview
The Work Order Schedule View provides a calendar-based layout of work orders assigned to you, organized by the date they are scheduled. Accessed from the Work Order list, the Schedule View replaces the standard quick filters bar with a week slider, letting you browse your assigned work orders week by week. Work orders are color-coded to indicate their completion and due-date status at a glance.
Accessing the Schedule View
Open the Work Orders module and navigate to the Assigned to Me list.
Tap the calendar icon in the top right corner to switch to Schedule View.
To return to the standard Work Order list, tap the back button to go back to the main Reliability screen.
Navigating the Week Slider
In Schedule View, the quick filters bar is replaced by a week slider at the top of the screen.
Swipe left or right to move forward or backward by week.
You can navigate up to 6 weeks forward or 6 weeks back from the current date.
Each day in the slider shows the work orders scheduled for that date.
If no work orders are assigned on a given date, that day displays "No Assigned Work Orders".
Missed Work Orders
A Missed Work Orders section appears below the week slider, listing all work orders from previous weeks that were assigned to you and have not been completed.
Yellow left border — missed but not yet overdue
Red left border — missed and overdue
Assigned to Me Count and View Persistence
When you tap the Assigned to Me filter from the main Reliability screen, the app returns you to whichever view you last used — the Schedule View or the standard Work Order list.
If Schedule View was your last view:
The Assigned to Me count reflects the current week's scheduled work orders, including missed and overdue work orders. The count is based on distinct work orders — if the same work order is assigned to you multiple times within the week, it is counted once.
The current week's date range is displayed below "Assigned to Me" so you can see the scope of the count.
Tapping the Assigned to Me filter again while in the Work Order list will return you to Schedule View if that was where you were previously.
Additional Notes
The search bar remains available in Schedule View; quick filters are not available in this view.
All tap and hold actions available in the standard Work Order list are also available in Schedule View.
Summary
The Work Order Schedule View gives you a week-by-week calendar of your assigned work orders, with color-coded borders to quickly identify completed, missed, and overdue items. Use the week slider to navigate up to 6 weeks in either direction, and refer to the Missed Work Orders section for incomplete items from prior weeks. The app remembers your last view preference, so returning to Assigned to Me takes you back to Schedule View if that was where you left off.
