Search: Filters templates by name.
Create: Navigates to a new page to build a form template. See: Creating a form template.
Templates table:
Columns: Name, Status, Last Publish Date, Last Edit Date.
Open a template: Click the linked text in the Name column to navigate to that template’s edit page.
Results and Per Page: Shows the total count and lets you adjust how many items appear per page.
Status definitions
Draft: Not yet published.
Published: Available for users to submit.
In Revision: Previously published; edits are in progress and not yet available to submit.
