Redlist's mobile app allows users to attach digital forms to maintenance tasks for capturing additional information and performing detailed inspections. To complete a form on a task:
Step 1: Access the Work Order or Route
Find and open the desired work order or route. Tap on the work order or route to view the tasks.
Step 2: View the task list.
Any task that has a form that needs to be submitted will show a paper icon.
Step 3: Open the Form
Tap the paper icon next to the task to open the form.
Step 4: Complete the Form
Complete the digital form by filling out the fields provided. Tap "Submit" to complete the form
The paper icon will change to blue, indicating that the form has been submitted.
Step 5: Repeat for Additional Forms
If there are additional forms that need to be completed, continue submitting all required forms on the work order or route.
Step 6: Complete the Work Order or Route
After all required forms have been completed and submitted, complete the work order or Route
