Redlist's "Ignore" feature allows users to skip or delete work orders on a work board. This feature acts as a "Delete" button for ad hoc, manually created work orders, and for preventive maintenance programs, it skips the current occurrence of the work order and generates a new one for the next maintenance cycle. To ignore a work order,
Step 1: Navigate to the work board where the work order is located
Step 2: Use the search bar and filters to locate the work order quickly
Step 3: Click on the work order name
Step 4: Click on the "Ignore" button
This will remove the work order from the work board. If the ignored work order is part of a preventive maintenance program, a new work order will be generated when it is time to perform the maintenance again.
Note - that ignoring a work order is permanent, and it cannot be undone. Therefore, it is important to ensure that the work order needs to be ignored or deleted before proceeding.
