How to Set Up

  1. Confirm the Company Time Zone

    • Go to Settings > Company > Company Info.

    • Click ‘Edit’ in the top right

    • Check the 'System Time Zone' setting in the Edit Company Info modal. Confirm it reflects your primary operational time zone, as all work order timings will use this time zone.

  2. Go to Settings

    • Navigate to Settings > Routes (or Maintenance Tasks in legacy view) > Task Completion.

  3. Set the Company Default for Route Creation Time

    • In the 'Shift Recurrent Settings' section, find Company Route Creation Time.

    • Set this to your organization’s default shift or maintenance start time.

    • This acts as the fallback timing for all routes unless overridden.

    • Make sure to click save when finished

  4. Optionally Enable Per-Route Customization

    • Toggle Allow Per Route Creation Time to ON if you wish to set custom start times for specific routes.

    • If this option is OFF, only the company default time will be used for all routes.

  5. Set Per-Route Start Times (if enabled above)

    • For any route needing a custom creation time, go to the specific route.

      1. Navigate by going to Lubrication Routes > Route Setup/Templates > Route Setup

      2. Select your route

    • In the Settings section select your Shift Start Time.

    • Any routes without a custom start time will use the company default.

  6. Save all changes to activate your new shift-based scheduling system.

How to Use

  • Adjust schedules in settings to match shift patterns, minimize overnight disruptions, and ensure work orders generate when your team is ready.

  • Changes will affect future routes and maintenance activities.

  • The system will generate work orders at the specified time.
