How to Use AI to Build Forms

Ensure AI Form Builder is enabled. If not, contact Support.

Access AI Form Builder Panel: In the Form Builder, use the AI sidebar.

a. Go to "Forms" and "Create" a new form

b. Click either "Save as Draft" or "Save and Publish" to have a form that is editable

c. Click this arrow icon to open the AI sidebar

Enter Prompt or Upload Reference: Type a prompt (e.g., “Create a quarterly asset inspection”) or upload an example.

Review Suggestions: AI generates draft sections/questions.

Edit as Needed: Manually edit questions, structure, and logic.

Save and Publish.
