How to Set Up
In Form Builder (Web): Add or edit a question.
a. Go to "Forms" and create or edit a "Form Template"
Toggle Rich Text: Enable "Use Rich Text Editor" for the label.
Format Text: Apply styling—bold, color, highlight, or strikethrough.
Save the Question and Form.
Note: Rich formatting will display for users during entry on both web and mobile.
Note: Only visible during form entry, not in reporting or standard PDFs.
