Overview
When a task is generated from a component task that's been completed before, the task details screen now shows when it was last completed, who completed it, and (if applicable) which shift. This helps you avoid re-doing work a prior shift already handled.
This is available on both Android and iOS.
Where to Find It
Open a task whose component has been completed before
Tap Show Additional Details to expand the additional details section
Look for the Last Completed card, near the bottom of that section
The card shows:
The date and time it was last completed
The name of the employee who completed it
The shift it was completed on, if the completion was tied to a shift
NOTE: This card doesn't appear at all if the task's component has never been completed before — there's nothing to show, so the card is hidden rather than showing empty.
Reordering the Last Completed Card
The Last Completed card can be moved like any other task detail section.
Go to Settings > Task Settings
Open the section-reordering screen
Find Last Completed in the list and drag it to the Top Section or a different position within Additional Details
Notes
This card is read-only — there's nothing to tap or edit
It shows for any task generated from a previously-completed component task, not only tasks tied to Shift-Based Routes. The shift line only appears when that particular completion happened to be logged against a shift; if it wasn't, only the date/time and employee show
Behavior is identical on Android and iOS
Summary
Tasks generated from a previously-completed component task now show a Last Completed card in Additional Details, with the completion date/time, the employee who completed it, and the shift (when applicable). It's read-only, hidden entirely when there's no prior completion, and can be repositioned from Task Settings like any other detail section.
