Work Orders — Employee Assignment — Assign employees directly to a work order — no tasks required. Assign at the work order level, or go task by task for situations like shutdowns. More flexibility in how you assign work.
Form Image Sizing — When filling out a form, displayed images can now appear as small, medium, or large as configured in the Form Builder. Photos display at the right scale — whether that's a close-up detail or a full equipment view.

Downloading All Images for a Route — Even when your signal drops, your images don't. Asset and component images download when you open a route while connected — so they're there when you need them.
Configure Task Details Ordering — No more scrolling past fields you never use. Every technician can now rearrange their task details screen to show what matters most — without affecting anyone else's view.
Start Date & Due Date · Employee Assignment — With the proper permissions, you can now update work orders from your mobile device: be it start date, due date, and assignee. Schedule and assign work orders or adjust due dates on the fly.
