WEB

Inventory - AI Calculate Minimum Quantity — From Settings > Inventory Management > Forecasting, enable automatic nightly recalculation of minimum stock quantities based on 90 days of usage history — no more manually updating minimum quantities on individual parts.

Inventory - Demand Multipliers — From Settings > Inventory Management > Forecasting, create demand multiplier events that increase expected consumption for specific stockrooms during a set date range, so minimum quantities adjust ahead of known peak periods.

Restricted Work Order Access — From Admin > Users > Permissions, limit a role's work order visibility to only the work orders users are directly assigned to, so technicians stay focused on their own work without seeing unrelated work orders.

Purchase Order Notifications — Keep your team informed throughout the purchasing process by setting up notification rules that alert the right employee roles when a purchase order reaches key statuses — Drafted, Sent, Confirmed, Partially Fulfilled, or Completed — with the option to send alerts immediately or bundle them into a daily, weekly, or monthly digest. Configure rules in Settings > Purchasing > Notifications.

MOBILE

Restricted Work Order Access — Restrict work order visibility for users — including vendors and contractors — so they only see work orders where they are assigned to at least one task, keeping sensitive data contained and workflows focused.

Generate Work Order from AI Chat — After chatting with Redd about an asset, create a work order directly from the conversation — title, notes, photos, and asset link are all generated automatically from the chat history.

AI Form Capture — From any form in the mobile app, take a photo or upload a PDF of a completed paper version and let Redd map the answers from paper to digital — saving time on manual data entry.
