When setting up its tenants, there are options that may be requested to be applied. These options will enhance security and ease of access to users.

  1. Single Sign-On (SSO)

Redlist will send an email to the account owner and the IT will be given with instructions on how to enable SSO. Once enabled, this will allow the tenant's users to have a more convenient access to their Redlist account.

  2. Administrators can manage user passwords

Tenant's Redlist administrators will be allowed to generate and view a user's temporary password in the instance that the user does not have access to a company email.

  3. Restriction on Email Domains

As an added security feature, tenants may identify specific domains that they would need to exclude on their Redlist account.

  4. Devices are managed through MDM (Mobile Device Manager)

This is a default setup. However, tenants may request that this will be optional for them.
