In this week’s office hours session, we focused on managing reactive work within Redlist and explored efficient ways to handle unscheduled tasks. You learned how to create reactive work orders either manually or through the Forms Tool, allowing technicians to report issues directly from the field. We demonstrated how to utilize the pending queue for task review or enable auto-grouping to streamline task assignment to work orders. Additionally, we covered assigning tasks to technicians, integrating forms with workflows, and navigating both the legacy and lubrication management UIs for seamless task management. These processes ensure that reactive maintenance is handled efficiently alongside preventative tasks, minimizing downtime and maintaining operational continuity.
