If you are having trouble finding forms that you should be able to see on your mobile device, there are two likely reasons this may be happening. To troubleshoot these issues and find missing forms, follow these steps:
Access not granted:
If you are unable to see a form, the most likely reason is because you have not been given access to the form. Contact your Redlist Admin and ask them to give you access to the necessary form.
If the form you are looking for is newly created or if you are logging in for the first time, it is likely that the form has not been loaded onto your device yet. Trigger a manual sync on your device to refresh the data and check if you can see the form.
