After creating a new form in Redlist, it is essential to set up user permissions to view and submit the form. Users can configure access to forms through the Form Settings in the Form Builder or in the Permissions table under Users.
Form Settings Access
Step 1: Click on "Forms" and then select "Manage."
Step 2: Find the form that requires access configuration in the "Select an existing template to edit" drop-down list.
Step 3: Click on "Form Settings."
Step 4: Under the Access section, select which user role(s) should have access to view and submit the form.
Step 5: Click "Save."
This method is useful for giving access to a single form.
User Permissions Access
Step 1: Click on "Admin" then select "Users."
Step 2: Click on the "Permissions" tab.
Step 3: Select the user role for which forms access should be configured by choosing a role from the "Roles" dropdown.
Step 4: Click the "+" button on the "Submit Forms" permission.
Step 5: Check the boxes next to the forms that the selected user role should have access to view and submit.
Step 6: Click "Save."
This method is useful for giving access to multiple forms at once
