Step 1: User and Asset Templates
After signing a contract with Redlist, users will receive an email requesting them to complete the User and Asset templates provided and send them back to the Redlist support team.
Step 2: Response from Support Team
Once users have sent back the completed templates, they will receive an email from the Redlist support team. This email will grant them access to their newly set up account.
Step 3: Accessing the Account
After setting up the account, users can access it from any web browser by visiting app.yourredlist.com They can also log in to the iOS and Android apps using the same credentials used for web access.
