Clearing Cache on Redlist or MSAM Apps

Clearing Cache on Android

Settings > Apps & notifications then tap the app you want to address. On the App info page, tap the Storage option, then on the next page select Clear Cache. 

Clearing Cache of iOS

Unfortunately, the only way to clear the Redlist or MSAM cache on an iOS device is to uninstall and reinstall the app. 

1. Go to Settings.
2. Tap on General.
3. Tap on iPhone Storage.
4. Here, you'll see an exhaustive list of apps on your phone. Select Redlist or MSAM
5. Tap Delete App
6. Navigate to the Apple Store and search for Redlist LLC or MSAM
7. Install App
