Documents

Documents are added via the Web App for fields users to review. They are commonly manuals, company policies, or blueprints. These may also be shared from the Share modal when sharing files from a Job. 

Documents support jpegs, png, and pdf files. Commonly these files are manuals or company documents. To upload a file click Upload file. These files may be organized into folders. To add a folder click Create Folder. Drag and drop files into folders to organize them. These documents are available to all field users both Android and iOS users under Tools > Documents.
