This is a kind reminder about the OPTIME solution maintenance update scheduled for Monday-Wednesday 1-3 June. This update will cause an outage of up to three days affecting the OPTIME user interface (mobile app, dashboard and ExpertViewer) as well as the customer API.
This update is required to complete the rollout of the new OPTIME IoT-TICKET version 4.26, which improves reliability and performance, and prepares the system for upcoming features.
Maintenance schedule
Maintenance window: Monday–Wednesday, 1-3 June, starting at 07:00 CEST.
Expected downtime: Approximately three (3) days.
Good to know about the update
Preparation: Plan your work around this maintenance window. We recommend adding this to your calendar.
Data: No data will be lost due to the update.
Alarms and notifications: These will not be delivered during the update.
After the update: OPTIME data and alarms are expected to be delayed once the system is restored and data handling resumes.
Login: You need to log in again after the update.
