Task Skipping with Reasons
Feature: Users now have the ability to mark reasons for the status change of a task. These options are configured within the tenant task completion settings. Any status can require a reason but we anticipate this will be especially useful to gain insight into skipped tasks.
Benefit: This feature improves transparency and accountability by allowing users to specify why a task was skipped. This information is vital for compliance reports and helps in clearly understanding and addressing task delays or omissions.
