Users can now conveniently affix their signatures on form. This functionality will enable them to efficiently do their task and work on Forms in Redlist.
Here are the steps:
Go to "Forms", then "Manage"
Create or select a form to edit.
Create a question for Signature.
Allow "Digital Signature".
Set the signature as Required.
Save and Publish.
Make sure to complete a full sync to apply the settings and changes made from both web and mobile.
On Mobile
1. Go to "Forms".
2. Select a form to use.
3. Tap to affix your signature.
The digital signature automatically appears.
But when this is not selected:
The form user will have to choose to either use text or draw the signature:
