In Redlist, users can be created to manage your team's access and what they have permission to do in your account. Each user are required to complete the verification process.
For convenience, administrators can send out an invitation to all users who are yet to verify their email address. To do that, here are the steps:
Go to "Admin", then "Users".
Check the Invite Status column. Those who are marked as "Not Verified" are the users who need to complete the email verification process:
The filter can also be used to see who has completed the process and who already received the invitation for email verification:
Filter the list and select "Not Verified". Click "Apply".
Click the box at the top left side of the table to select all the names on the list. (Users can also be selected individually).
Click "Select Invite" at the bottom right side of the table.
Take note that each page shows and selects a maximum of 25 names.
